Walter McGuire’s 30-year career across Indigenous health, housing and education has been gathered in a variety of government, non-government and community programs and organisations. His unique resume of cultural involvements and employment in the Aboriginal sector combined with qualifications in Training (Cert IV TAA) and Indigenous Community Management and Development, render him an excellent choice for delivery of cultural awareness training in diverse contexts.

Walter is the Nyungar member of this workshop facilitation team of two with wife Meg McGuire.

Meg McGuire is a Kungarakan woman whose traditional lands lie in the Northern Territory. Hers is a familiar face in the Nyungar community. Meg's work involvement include Aboriginal community engagement roles in employment, education, health and policy in urban, rural and remote areas of Western Australia and the Northern Territory of Australia.

Meg's Aboriginality, university education and expertise combine to make her an invaluable member of this dynamic team. Meg is a firm advocate for Aboriginal self-determination, management and governance.
